DutchifyMe (www.dutchifyme.nl) is an innovative educational platform dedicated to helping newcomers to the Netherlands master the Dutch language and integrate smoothly into Dutch society. The company is built around two core digital tools—ListenDutch and KNM.tips—each addressing a key aspect of the integration process: language acquisition and cultural competence.

ListenDutch

ListenDutch is a language learning app designed to immerse users in Dutch through a highly interactive and voice-based method. Each lesson starts with an audio scene, exposing learners to natural Dutch speech. Users then practice by either:

Speaking: Repeating sentences and receiving real-time feedback using speech recognition technology (pass threshold: 70% accuracy), or

Typing: Reconstructing sentences by placing words in the correct order.

Throughout the learning process, users can view translations and choose to add unfamiliar words to a personal "unknown word bank." At the end of each scene:

These unknown words are reviewed with their meaning, pronunciation, and three example sentences.

A mini-quiz helps reinforce word retention.

Finally, the initial audio is replayed with accompanying text and translation, allowing learners to compare their comprehension progress. This adaptive and user-driven approach supports vocabulary building, listening comprehension, and speaking confidence.

KNM.tips

KNM.tips is a knowledge and training platform developed to prepare users for the Kennis van de Nederlandse Maatschappij (KNM) exam—a mandatory component of the Dutch integration process. The app is structured into eight key categories:

Each topic includes audio-based lessons followed by focused quizzes. Learners can test their understanding at three levels:
